  • How does the process of selling my land work?
    We strive in making this a very straight forward and simple process. Typically the process is as follows: Execute a purchase agreement We conduct due diligence (typically takes 72 hours) Once everything checks out, we work with a title company and attorney to facilitate the transaction Title company conducts title search & prepares a new deed A mobile notary will meet you to sign the deed at your convenience (If you are local, you may also sign at the Title company's office) The title company records the deed, finalizes the transaction, and sends your payment securely via check or wire transfer. You can also pick up your payment in person if you prefer. We’ll provide you updates and communicate with you as things move along during the process, ensuring you are informed and up-to-date every step of the way

  • How will I get paid for my property?
    The title company will serve as an escrow agent, acting as a neutral intermediary that holds and disburses funds during the transaction. Once the sale is complete, they will issue your payment via check or wire transfer based on your preference, and you might also have the option to pick up your payment in person.
  • What kind of properties do you buy?
    We specialize in purchasing vacant, off-market land across the U.S. If you're unsure whether your property qualifies, contact us, and we'll let you know!
  • What if there are multiple owners on the deed?
    All owners listed on the deed must sign the purchase agreement for the sale to proceed. If one owner has questions or is unsure, we're happy to speak with them directly. Let us know how we can help!
  • What if I have back taxes or liens on my property?
    We may still be interested in purchasing your property, but we will likely adjust our offer to cover any outstanding taxes or liens. For back taxes: We typically deduct the amount owed from our original offer. For liens: We conduct further due diligence before deciding whether we can move forward with the purchase.
  • Are there any costs or fees that I have to pay?
    Nope! We cover all closing costs, title fees, and processing expenses. There are no realtor commissions, hidden fees, or out-of-pocket costs for you. The offer price we agree upon is the EXACT amount you’ll receive.
